Cancellation Policy: Workshops

Up to 5 days prior to the workshop, if you are unable to attend for any reason, you can request a refund or choose to transfer your ticket to a friend or a family member to attend in your place. Please see below for ticket transfers. 

Between 4 days - 48 hours prior, you are eligible to transfer your ticket to a friend or a family member to attend in your place. Please see below regarding ticket transfers. You are not eligible for any credit or reimbursement of any kind. 

48 hours prior - if you are unable to attend for any reason and are unable to give the ticket to a friend or family member to attend in your place, you forfeit your ticket. You are not eligible for any credit or reimbursement of any kind. 


To transfer a ticket to a friend or family member: 

You must contact hello@clairearnoldpilates.com with your name and the name, contact number and email of the person taking your place a minimum of 48 hours before the workshop begins.


Transfer Tickets & Workshop Credits: 

If you are the recipient of a transfer ticket or credit to a workshop:

  • You are not able to transfer the ticket to another individual for any reason

  • You cannot redeem it for cash, refund or receive credit of any kind for any other workshop or service for any reason. 

  • If you are unable to attend for any reason the ticket is forfeited.
