Hello and welcome! My name is Claire, I’m a diploma qualified pilates instructor and movement guide, with a passion for foot and lower body health. I have been practicing pilates for almost ten years, and teaching since 2023. As a continuous and vigorous learner, my offerings tend to evolve over time. My main focus is offering functional movement classes and workshops that are enjoyable, informative and help you to keep moving with ease.

The thing I love most about Pilates is that anybody can do it. Pilates can be modified and adjusted to fit around what your body needs, whether that is strength, stretch, mobilisation or rehabilitation, to name a few.
